  • Car Wash Attendant

    Overview:


    As a Car Wash Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring vehicles leave our facility sparkling clean and customers leave with a smile. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.



    Responsibilities:


    • Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Guide vehicles onto the conveyor system or assist with manual wash services.
    • Operate and maintain car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Inspect vehicles to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Keep the work area clean and organized.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.

    Requirements:


    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
    • Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
    • Friendly and approachable personality.
    • Team player with a strong work ethic.

  • Assistant Manager

    Overview:


    The Assistant Manager is a leadership position focused on supporting daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with previous management experience who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.



    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance.
    • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
    • Assist the Manager with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
    • Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

    Requirements:


    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
    • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in retail or service industries.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic understanding of car wash equipment and procedures (training provided).
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
