We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, our prepaid Gift Cards, and contactless payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Canceling is quick and hassle-free. Just email us with the account holder’s name and vehicle information. Requests must be submitted before your next billing date. Once processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email, and you’ll still enjoy washes until the end of your current paid cycle.

Absolutely. We gladly welcome Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Limo, and other rideshare vehicles in our Unlimited Membership program.

Yes. Our wash system is designed to safely clean most cars, SUVs, and trucks within our height, width, and tire size limits. For safety reasons, vehicles with ladder racks, truck racks, oversized dimensions, aftermarket modifications, or loose attachments may not be permitted.

Yes. Please come and visit at your earliest convenience and ask any of our managers for assistance.

Our wash process is not only quick and easy, it’s fun! First one of our friendly Attendants will check your vehicle in. Then one of our skilled Attendants will guide your vehicle onto our Tunnel Conveyor. Once your vehicle is safely loaded onto the Conveyor you will be instructed to put your vehicle in neutral, take your foot off the brake, and remove your hands from the steering wheel completely. Then, simply enjoy the ride! In about 3 minutes you’ll be exiting the tunnel with a sparkling vehicle! Lastly, you have the option to continue on with your busy day, or visit one of our Vacuum Stations (No Extra Charge).

Yes. We offer free Vacuum Stations, Dash Wipes, and Matt Cleaning Stations.

No. Our rate is the same for all vehicles.

It’s easy to forget what’s in your truck bed! We need to ensure there aren’t any loose tools, equipment, personal items, etc. to ensure the safety of your vehicle, other vehicles, and our equipment.

For Example: If you signed up on February 6th, your card will be charged on the 6th of each following month thereafter that your membership is active.

We do not allow RVs or trailers to be pulled through the tunnel due to safety concerns for customers and staff.
